Commission extend our fraternal love to the founder and President Emeritus
of the Phylaxis Society, the late Bro. Joseph A. Walkes. Jr. Without his
diligence, our love for research would have fallen on deaf ears within our
respective jurisdictions. We will be forever thankful to him for giving us a
forum to express our thoughts and share with the world, the documents, and
research that the members of this Commission possess in their personal
collections. Without this forum, our research would not have received any type
